General conditions :
1. The main guest must be 18 years of age or older, is responsible for his or her fellow guests, must have a permanent residence/address and carry a valid identity document.
2. The prices of the rooms can be found at www.bedandbreakfast366.com. Prices include full breakfast, use of towels, bathrobes, bed linen, water, electricity and final cleaning.
3. Our Bed & Breakfast is not suitable for people in wheelchairs.
4. Our rooms are suitable for a maximum occupancy of two persons except the Timber room which can be occupied by a family of max 4 (children not older than 18 years)
5. We grant our guests a carefree stay. However, we bear no responsibility for loss, theft, accidents, personal injuries, medical expenses or damage to property, caused by personal inattentiveness or by circumstances beyond our reach.
6. Of course we expect our guests to report any damage or loss to us. Any costs will be charged.
7. B&B366 is not liable for failures in and around the accommodation, such as power outages, WiFi
disconnections, water supplies and technical installations.
8. We expect our guests to follow the instructions of the owner.
9. The owner may, in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions and inappropriate behavior, with immediate effect deny guests access to B&B366 and/or refuse, without further notice and statement of reasons and without refund of the accommodation costs.
10. The administration of the owner is decisive in case of disagreement unless the guest can prove otherwise.
11. We expect guests of B&B366 to abide by the house facts and general conditions.
12. We have a NO smoking policy, so smoking in the rooms, terraces, entire premesis is prohibited.

Reservation and payment
1. The reservarion can be made by telephone, e-mail, via our website.
2. After receiving a reservation request, B&B366 will send a confirmation (when the requested room is available).
3. The reservation is final after we received the deposit. The deposit is 50% of the total amount.
4. The deposit must be paid within 7 days after the reservation is confirmed.
5. In case the deposit is not received in time, the reservation will be cancelled. The guest will receive an email notification of the cancellation.
6. For reservations with arrival within a week, the deposit must be paid immediately.
7. The remaining amount must be paid on arrival in cash.

Cancellation
1. In case of cancellation of the reservation the following conditions apply:
- In case of cancellation 2 weeks or earlier before the arrival date; no cancellation fee.
- If canceled 14 days to 6 days before the arrival date; 50% cancellation fee.
- If canceled 5 days or less before the arrival date or in case of no-show; 100% cancellation fee.
2. Only after judgment of the owner or manager can the cancellation conditions be deviated (for example, in case of calamities).
3. To be eligible for a refund, the cancellation must be communicated directly to the owner by mail or telephone.
4. After agreement, the amount will be transferred within two weeks.
5. In case of early departure there will be no refund.
6. B&B366 can only cancel the reservation in case of force majeure, natural disaster, extraordinary weather conditions, fire, death of the owners or family, hospitalization or unannounced sale.
7. If one of these unfortunate events happen, the owner or manager will offer the guest an alternative as soon as possible.
8. If no alternative is possible or the guest does not accept the alternative offered, the full amount will be refunded. Any other costs resulting from the cancellation will not be reimbursed by the owner.
10. We recommend that you have a travel and/or cancellation insurance.

Arrival and departure
1. On the day of arrival the room is available from 15.00.
2. It is appreciated if we can receive the estimated arrival time in advance.
3. Other check-in times than mentioned above are only possible in agreement.
4. Because of the cleaning of the rooms, it is necessary to leave the room before 11.00 on the day of departure.
5. A late check-out is possible in agreement when the room is available. heck out before 13.00, against additional payment of €20.
Complaints
1. Of course we do our best to offer our guests a carefree and unforgettable stay.
If, despite our good care, there is a complaint, we would like to hear it on the spot so that we can immediately solve the problem.
